Steel Grating Craftsmanship

Brand grating is made by the world first-calss Italian ORSOGRIL equipment, which can arrange the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude order to certain distance. Cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar by high tension resistance weldingring which is controlled by computer. So we can produce high quality gratings with firm welding, smooth surface and high strength.

Composite Steel Grating
The Composite steel grid is a kind of product which is composed of a steel plate with a certain span and a sealing surface.
The steel grating with a widta of 60mm is used as the base plate of the steel grid plate with athe spacing of the steel plate, and the steel panlel with the spacing of the flat steel is 30mm or 40mm. The most commonly used is the steel bearing bar G323/40/100,G253/30/100 and G323/60/100 grating as the below, always need the 3mm steel'diamond plate.

Steel Grating Common Specifications

G325/30/76

The grating with the pitch of 30mm between bearing bars and of 76mm between cross bars is the most popular type used home and abroad.it is proper for many applications such as walkways,platforms,etc.

G325/60/50

The grating with the pitch of 60mm between bearing bars and of 50mm is developed specially for mining industry.it solves the problem of mineral splash on the plate.so it is often appointed to use in processing works of mining industry.

G325/30/xx

The steel grating with 30mm spacing is the most widely used type in the industrial field. In the common steel grid series, the surface impact has a strong resistance.

G325/40/xx

The steel grating with a distance of 40mm is the most economical, lighthearted type and the most ideal choice for a small span.
 

Hot Galvanizing

Normally, Hot galvanizing will be carried out after end welding process. When the thickness of bearing bars is not less than 5mm, the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than 610g/mf. when the thickness of bearing bars is less than 5mm, the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than 460g/ m.The quality and requirements after hot galvanizing are subject to the standards of GB/T 13912.
